Bosch have released this new pump (0580464200) as a direct replacement for the original 044 motorsport fuel pump (0580254044). The original and best fuel pump for race and rally cars has been re-engineered and with the included adaptors, this unit will directly replace your original Bosch 044 pumps.
This pump has a flow rate of 219-270 LTR/HR at 5 BAR (72.5psi) of pressure and is suitable for power outputs over 500bhp, for naturally aspirated, fuel injected, turbocharged and supercharged petrol or diesel, in-line, out of tank applications. As with all roller vane type fuel pumps, there is no priming capability, so gravity feed is essential and with no internal filter to protect the internals, the pump must be pre-filtereed, in other words, your system must include an inline fuel filter between the tank and the pump inlet.

The inlet side features an M14x1.5 female thread (with an adaptor included that takes it to M18x1.5 female)and the outlet is M10x1.0 female thread (with and adaptor included that takes it to M12x1.5 male and includes a valve).
