Stilo WRC DES ZERO 8860 Carbon Turismo helmet, the lightest 8860 helmets in the World. These latest WRC DES 8860 Turismo helmets have been re-designed and updated, now with much stronger carbon fibre shells, with this model being manufactured using T1000 high tensile carbon.
These helmets are fitted with the Stilo WRC intercom electronics, which includes the magnetic-dynamic noise cancelling microphone and noise attenuating earmuffs certified for circuit use, but they are not fitted with speakers, as these are not permitted for circuit use, instead communication is always performed through ear plug type headsets. The microphone boom is an integral part of the carbon fibre helmet shell, with the microphone being adjustable via 5, 10 and 15mm spacers, to bring it closer to your mouth as required.
These helmets are supplied and fitted with HANS/FHR posts as standard and other features include an adjustable sun peak, which can be raised and lowered to aid vision during times of low sun altitude, adjustable earcups to ensure the best comfort and pressure on the ear. These helmets weigh between 1150g and 1260g across the size range.
