Facet Silver Top Competition Fuel Pump

Facet Silver Top Competition fuel pump, a Genuine Facet pump, manufactured in the USA. The facet Silver Top competition model is another very popular pump for performance, race and rally cars. An interrupter type electic fuel pump, with internal fuel filter and 1/8 NPT female ports, designed for motorsport use and rated for naturally aspirated vehicles upto 200 bhp. It runs from your cars 12v system, powered via the single positive wire at the top of the pump and earthed via the pump body. Remember if you rubber mount the pump (advised), you need to make sure you have an earth strap from the mounting hole to the bodyshell/chassis.

These pumps offer a maximum of 6.0-7.0 psi and a flow rate of 35 imperial gallons per hour and although they can be mounted in any orientation, they need to be within 0.6m from the base of the tank. Compatible with Petrol, Racing Fuels, Diesel, Biodiesel, blended Alcohol and Fuel Additives. The pump number 476459 is stamped into the body near to one of the mounting holes. Certified and compliant with EEC 95/54 requirements.
