The VBox roll-cage camera mount is articulated through 360° and uses dual-lock to secure the camera in the desired position. A Velcro strap then affixes the mount to the cage bar. The mounts themselves are fabricated from soft polyurethane and are very effective in absorbing vibration.

If you intend to mount the main forward-facing camera on a roll cage bar that runs behind the driver's position it is often necessary to use a narrower lens - this avoids a 'letterbox' view of the windscreen which can lead to contrast and over exposure issues. 54° lenses are available for our HQ1 cameras.

It is preferable to mount a forward-facing camera as far forward as possible in the vehicle's cabin.
