Aeroflow 2.5L Surge Tank Assembly with Twin Bosch 044 Fuel Pumps - Black

Aeroflow 2.5 litre anti-surge tank or swirl pot kit. Capable of handling surge free fuel for 1000+ BHP vehicles, this 2.5L spun alloy surge tank kit from Aeroflow is superbly manufactured, yet at an affordable price, bearing in mind it comes complete with almost £300 worth of fuel pumps, it’s great value for money!

All products are anodised black and are suitable for use with corrosive fuels such as: Alcohol, Ethanol (E85) and Methanol. This surge tank kit comes supplied with all necessary adaptors to connect the two Bosch Fuel Pumps (0580254044) to the dual bottom outlets, as displayed.

The two Bosch 044 pumps are held securely in the isolated Aeroflow dual EFI aluminium fuel pump brackets. These brackets include rubber inserts that surround the pumps, to isolate and dampen any vibrations. They utilise the Aeroflow EFI fuel pump check valves, which are CNC machined and come supplied with both Buna-N and EPR O-rings for use with Nitro blended fuels to hold line pressure, preventing back-flow which can damage the pumps and significantly reduce their lifespan. These two check valves are then linked using one of our Billet Y-Blocks to provide a single -10 ORB female outlet.
