Aeroflow titanium dry break quick release hose fittings with VITON seals for use in oil systems. These fittings are designed to enable you to disconnect and re-connect a fluid filled hose without any leaks or the introduction of any air on reconnection. These lightweight fittings are manufactured in titanium, then double anodised to safeguard them against corrosion. Fully tested up to 15,000psi and a popular choice turbo oil lines, dry sump systems, oil cooler circuits and power steering racks. Easily disconnected and re-connected by hand in a matter of seconds, perfect for removing complete sub assemblies, like front cross members with rack attached, turbo chargers, complete engines with dry sumps and oil coolers etc. Please refer to the application guide to ensure the correct seal is chosen for the required application.

Aeroflow's Quick Release Fittings are also available with a heavy duty Titanium body.

Please Note: EPDM seals must be used in brake/clutch applications. VITON seals are recommended for oiling applications. BUNA N seals are recommended for all fuels except Nitromethane.
