The best just got better. Bell Helmets, the original producer of the 1st 8860 "super standard" helmet have now released the HP7.

The "state-of-the-art" HP7 is the direct result of an intensive Research & Development program with close collaboration with Formula One drivers and teams.

Meeting or exceeding Snell SA2010 Standard and FIA8860-2010 Advanced Helmet Standard, the HP7 benefits from the latest technological evolutions and innovations in the fields of aerospace and military grade composites and
energy absorbing materials.

At Bell Racing function always comes first. Styling is considered as an important second step, but can never be detrimental to efficiency. The result is a sleek, lightweight and efficient HP7 helmet, setting a new standards in the world of racing.

HP7 visors are the best available and feature exceptional clarity and anti-fog preperties. The actual thickness of the visor varies to provide maximum strength where neeeded.
To ensure anti-fog performance a new gasket has been developed to prevent air or water intake in even extreme conditions.

Ventilation is taken care of by no less than 14 air intakes and extraction points.

The HP7 is available in two different versions, with or without chin bar duckbill (front spoiler).
