Heat Screen offers an excellent way to reflect radiant heat away from a vehicle‘s interior and because of its flexibility, can be trimmed-to-size to protect against excessive heat sources.

Constructed of a high temperature resistant fibreglass material and also extremely thin, Heat Screen features a thermal barrier on the underside with a superior reflective aluminized mylar surface capable of withstanding direct heat up to 600°C and reflecting radiant heat of up to 1000°C.

Heat Screen can be used to protect drivers from excessive heat as well as protecting the areas where excessive heat can blister paint or where exhaust pipes run close to the fuel tank.

A high temperature adhesive such as DEI’s Hi-Temp Spray Adhesive* can be applied to secure Heat Screen or screws or rivets can be used. DEI’s Cool Tape is ideal for sealing and covering seams.

*DEI’s Hi-Temp Spray Adhesive* available separately
