Silicone repair tape, manufactured by Kraken, the ultimate self amalgamating silicone repair tape in the business. The number of uses this tape has is endless, but for motorsport it can be used as a get out of jail card for many issues than might occur, typically where oil and water are involved. It can be used for coolant hose cuts and fractures, cracks or holes in aluminium pipes, oil hose cracks and leaks. Ideally surfaces to be sealed need to be wiped clean and dry and the tape needs to be able to bridge any abnormality to seal both sides. We don't recommend using to fix fuel leaks, except in a real emergency and all repairs should be regarded as temporary quick fix measures, with parts replaced with new as soon as possible. Upto 700psi Tensile strength, 7000v Dielectric strength (per 0.51mm) and operates in the -65ºC to 260ºC temperature range.
