Bell HP77 Carbon racing helmet. The 'State-of-the-Art' HP77 helmet is the direct result of an intensive Research and Development program and close collaboration with Formula One drivers and teams. Meeting the ultimate standard FiA 8860-2018 ABP (Advanced Ballistic Protection), which has been in Formula One since 2019. This standard was created as a result of a decade of research to further increase safety making this Bell's safest helmet. The HP77 benefits from the very latest technological evolutions and innovations in the fields of aerospace and military grade composites and energy absorbing materials.
Ergonomic internal design, utilising multiple density foam and padding to provide the best possible fit for various head shapes. Offering increased safety benefits including advanced ballistic protection, increased energy absorption and an extended area of protection for drivers. These helmets are produced in 2 different shell sizes and ensure safety isn't compromised, with sizes 54, 55, 56 and 56+ using shell size 'D+', whilst sizes -57, 57, 58, 59 and 59+ using a slightly larger 'E+' shell. The HP77 comes complete with a 'Premium HP', fleece lined helmet bag and low profile air intakes. Supplied with factory fitted FHR posts.
Fitted with an optical grade injected double screen anti fog (DSAF) visor for the perfect vision under most severe circumstances and to ensure the best anti-fog performance, a new gasket has been developed to prevent air or water intake in even extreme conditions. The ultra-lightweight super strong carbon fibre composite construction is finished with a matt finish, as developed for open cockpit cars by leading F1 drivers
Sizing Note: Some size options include a ‘+’ or a ‘-‘. These are optimised sizes in each of the shell sizes. The 56+ is the largest size available in a shell size D, being 0.5cm larger than a standard 56cm. The -57 is the smallest size available in shell size E, which is 0.5cm smaller than a size 57cm.

This model is available with a choice of different fire retardent interior coloured fabrics. This was an option for professional racers only, but is now available to the public for an additional cost and as a special order option only. The helmet can be ordered off the shelf with the standard grey lining, but special order colour models will need to be paid for in full via bank transfer upon ordering, this is 100% non-refundable under any circumstance.

You will be displayed our bank transfer details on screen, please note the details down or take a screen shot and complete the order online. Once completed, please proceed to organise a transfer of funds to include all charges from your bank to ours. Upon receipt of cleared funds, we will place an order your helmet(s) from from Bell Helmets and will proceed to ship them to you when they arrive, typically around 7-8 weeks later.
