Motorad lever vent type competition radiator caps to suit standard 3/4" depth neck radiators, with a 2 1/8” outside diameter cap attachment. These lever type caps allow excess pressure to be vented safely prior to removing the cap and come complete with an upper sealing gasket, so can be used on open or closed type cooling systems.
We now offer all three pressure ratings, the lowest runs at 16psi, then there's the popular 18-22psi and 21-25psi ranges respectively. The use of these caps allows the altering of engine running temperatures, ideally before use, the integrity of the engines cooling system and relevant gaskets should be checked and assessed.
