Returns & Refunds
Here at MSAR we try very hard to get things right first time, but of course things can go wrong from time to time.
In the event that something needs to be returned please talk to us first, returns are NOT accepted without a 'Returns Authorisation Number' (RAN), so it is essential that you contact us at MSAR for this, just call us on: +44 (0)208 655 7877
Products that have not been specially manufactured or customised for you, can be returned for exchange or a refund. Please ensure you confirm your wishes within 14 days of receipt of the goods, via e-mail or by telephone and we will confirm your 'Returns Authorisation Number' (RAN). You must then return the goods to us within 7 working days, with the 'RAN' clearly marked on the outside of the parcel.
MSAR does not normally accept claims for damages that are not raised at the time of delivery. Any goods that are to be returned must be unused, un-fitted and in their original packing, with any seals or wrap intact. In the event that an item is to be returned, you are responsible for getting the item back to MSAR. In effect this means wrapping the item well and always using a 'signed for' delivery service such as recorded delivery or with a carrier.
Delivery costs are non-refundable and customised or specially manufactured products are strictly non-returnable. None of the above conditions supersede your statutory legal rights, under British Law.

Please note that all sales to trade, film, television, media and production companies are final.
