Nothing on this website or other media can be understood to be a representation that MSAR, its products and services can protect a user from injury or death. No warranty or representation is made or implied as to the efficacy of any product in protecting the user. All risks and liabilities transfer to the user on usage of the products or services. The actual performance of any product or service can be severely affected by installation and maintenance. The user is advised to satisfy test and inspect each item and it supporting installation before each and every use.
It should be remembered that the fitting of a product may void the warranty of the item the product is being fitted to and or void the warranty of the item being fitted.
By opening and fitting the products the purchaser accepts all risks as to the quality and performance of the products. Except in the case of a manufacturing fault no product can be considered returnable. All products are accepted 'as seen' and no liability for the application of the products can be considered.
Any and all liabilities arising from the use of a product rest with the purchaser or user.
Any risk as to the quality or performance of any item rests with the purchaser and MSAR will not be liable for any removal, re-fitting or other liability as a consequence of any defect in any product supplied.
No responsibility is accepted for any use or installation of any product sold by MSAR.
All manufacturers’ warranties apply to all NEW goods sold by MSAR however these warranties are not usually transferable from the original purchaser to another party. No warranty covers matters arising from misuse, incorrect installation, wear and tear, modification, neglect or adaptation. Under no circumstances are consequential losses accepted.
No liability will be considered for the non- availability of any item.
Payment is normally made in advance by credit card on the website. MSAR also accepts Pay Pal and settlement can be made by cheque or transfer. In the case of cheque or transfer payments these will be cleared before goods are despatched. Goods are not automatically held while payments clear; this must be agreed at the time of purchase.
Title of goods shall remain with MSAR until any sums owing to MSAR by the purchaser have been paid in full. The allocation of payments to invoices shall be at the discretion of MSAR.
VAT will be charged on all invoices issued to companies and individuals within the UK. Companies in the EC will not be required to pay VAT if a acceptable proof of VAT registration is offered at the time of order.
Where Copyright items are used on any MSAR website the copyright rests with the owners and the use of any such materials does not empower any third party to use such materials for their own or third party purpose.
